SAN DIEGO , CA - It was a little too tall. A trailer carrying a crane became stuck under the overpass Tuesday. It happened on the transition ramp from southbound SR-163 to eastbound I-8 just after noon. Engineers will have to determine what repairs will need to be made before the ramp can be reopened. Officials from the CHP expect the ramp to be back in service later in the afternoon.
