| Cache Copy N/A | signifies that we are not able to provide a saved (cached) copy. There are several reasons, any one of which may prevent us from providing a cached copy. Some URLs have a copy block feature enabled which prevents making a copy of the page. Or, our failure to save a copy of the original is another (yes, we do goof up from time to time).

Our assumption is that the material is no longer important or of enough value to the creator (author) to keep it available to the general public via the original established link, thus the | Cache Copy |.

4. What's been recognized as fair use?
